We will accept your insurance benefits whenever possible. We are committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits so that your out-of-pocket costs are as low as possible.  It is our goal to make your remaining balance simply affordable. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and we have developed a number of additional options for our many patients who do not have dental insurance. We want you to Love Your Smile!.

“I don’t have any Dental Insurance. What can I do?”

We have a great option for you – Join Our SmileMaker Discount Dental Plan. If you do not have dental insurance, or have limited benefits, you are not alone. Many of our uninsured patients need and want dental care. We offer a number of options to make your dental health care truly affordable.

YOU CAN SAVE 40% ON PREVENTIVE CARE compared to typical dental fees. We have developed our own VERY SPECIAL SmileMaker Plan, an In-House DISCOUNT dental program. A full year of preventive dental care, including two comprehensive examinations and cleaning, costs only $250.00. Your initial examination includes

• Screening for gum disease and oral cancer
• TMJ analysis of your jaw joints
• Tooth enamel shade assignment
• Careful evaluation of your teeth and supporting tissue
• DIAGNOdent laser evaluation
• DIAGNOdent perio probe evaluation
• Digital dental X-Rays (9 times less radiation compared to X-Ray film)
• Cleaning and polishing your teeth
• Fluoride treatment for children.

Dr. Bodak : Happy to provide you with a great smile

Dr. Bodak provides each of these gentle services personally.A full year of preventive dental care, including two visits with check-up and cleaning, costs only $250.00.  As an added benefit, you will be eligible for discounts on every other service we provide, such as crowns, cosmetic dentistry, even braces and dental implants. There are no limitations, pre-existing conditions or restrictions. Although traditional dental insurance may not provide any coverage for some of the procedures you may need or want, you can save on each of our many services with our SmileMaker Plan.

“Do you also take Dental Insurance?”

YES! We accept payments from a number of PPO dental insurers, including Aetna, Cigna, MetLife and United. Other insurers reimburse our patients directly, after they have received care. We may be able to contact your insurance provider in advance, and obtain an estimate of coverage for your specific treatment. There are many types of dental insurance benefits; if you have questions about yours, please contact us. We are happy to help.

“If I have Dental Insurance, will I have to pay for a check-up?”

Did you know that many dental insurance PPO plans do not require a co-payment for preventive dental services such as examinations, and cleaning (prophylaxis)? If you currently have dental insurance but don’t use it, you cannot recover those benefits later. Call us with your specific questions. We can help answer them.

Do you offer payment plans? I am ready to improve my smile now, but I can’t afford to pay for all the dental work I need right away.

YES – We offer several types of payment plans! And we understand your concerns about cost, particularly in these times. Quality dentistry is a vital investment, with immediate and long-term permanent benefits for your comfort, health and your appearance. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. If you require affordable monthly payments, we have partnered with CitiHealth and Care Credit to offer 6 and 12-month, 0% interest payment plans. CitiHealth and Care Credit also offer longer term, smaller monthly payment terms to our patients, at low interest rates. Approval takes only a few minutes and there is no cost to apply. Call or come in to our office so we can explain the details of this program to you. A new confident smile can be yours in just a few weeks. You should not have to wait to smile!
